11. What Is Creation?
“Creation is the sum of all God’s Thoughts, in numbers infinite, and everywhere without limit” (ACIM Part II, 11. What is Creation? 1:1).
Creation is Totality. It is infinite, limitless possibilities. It is the answer to the question, “What if?” What if I created a world in which I could witness my own awakening? What if I created another dimension I could visit at night when I appeared to be sleeping in another? What if I defied gravity? What if I created an entire world of peace? What if I created something so unthinkable that it has yet to even be a thought in the Mind of God?
In its totality, creation always says, YES! For creation knows that it can never change from its infinite form. It creates and builds upon its infinitude. That is how illusions came to be. Creation said, “What if I tricked myself into thinking I was not God? And what if I pretended that God condemned me for such a thought?” And, thus, here we are….and from here, we return.
“Creation is the opposite of all illusions, for creation is the truth. Creation is the holy son of God, for in creation in His Will complete in every aspect, making every part container of the whole” (ACIM Part II, 11. What Is Creation? 3:1-2).
Creation is absolutely a juicy experience when one is privy to the Truth. When one remembers her infinitude, there are no limits to what she can create. Also, abiding in this grandness one becomes very clear on the art of forgiveness and neutrality. One sees directly through the play of life and simply begins to Play, and PLAY BIG!!!! For earth is God’s playground with all sorts of fun toys and people to play with. In remembering our Oneness and our purpose, do we begin to have fun and not take life so seriously. We recognize nothing as life or death; but as Life or Life.
“God’s memory is in our holy minds, which know their oneness and their unity with their Creator. Let our function be only to let this memory return, only to let God’s Will be done on earth, only to be restored to sanity, and to be but as God created us” (ACIM Part II, 11. What Is Creation? 4:4-5).
The sanity of our Totality is that we could even create insanity. If chaos is possible, then peace is even more possible, as it takes much more energy to maintain madness than Truth. Thus, in our following lessons do we come to use our energy and our creativity more wisely and closer to the Truth. You have heard of the expression, Think Big! Indeed, we now begin to think even BIGGER than the mad idea of separation. Imagine if we created the trick of separation, what else could we do? How BIG could we go? What if we created the final ascension for All? What if….? We now step into the YES-ness and the allowance of our magnificent Totality. Get ready….
Namaste.
