In her one-woman storytelling Mind-FULL: Stories of a Reluctant Mediator, Kathy explores the humor and heart that arises from her unsuspecting quest to find something, anything, that closely resembles peace in the madness that is her mind.

While in New Zealand, Kathy signed up for her first meditation course, with no talking, no electronics, no reading or writing materials permitted and, to her dismay, no exercise.

"IT SOUNDED LIKE A SPIRITUAL BOOT CAMP, AND IF THAT'S THE CASE, I'M IN!"

Whether you meditate or not, this story portrays the courage and capability we all have to pause and question the validity of our thoughts in order to create a healthier and happier view of ourselves and the world.
