Lesson 329
I have already chosen what You will.
“Father, I thought I wandered from Your Will, defied it, broke its laws, and interposed a second will more powerful than Yours. Yet what I am in truth is but Your Will, extended and extending. This am I, and this will never change. As You are One, so am I one with You. And this I chose in my creation, where my will became forever one with Yours. That choice was made for all eternity. It cannot change, and be in opposition to itself. Father, my will is Yours. And I am safe, untroubled and serene, in endless joy, because it is Your Will that it be so” (ACIM Lesson 329 1:1-9).
This is what we call the, “Choiceless Choice.” It is riding on the cruise control of the Holy Autopilot. Our choice has already been made. We made it long ago and it need not be made again, only embraced and allowed its creative nature of glorious expansion. It doesn’t take any reminders or specific rituals. This is the point where the scale has been tipped and there is no other way to be than BE. This is where we allow our True Nature to become holy automatic.
We have never changed from God’s image and have always been held in Her loving embrace. She has given us the free will to create, however today we recall the first choice we ever made, the desire to create with the Will of God. Now, we need only BE IT, the Light that shines the Will of God to all creation. With ease, we walk those holy steps of the living remembrance and unite with our brothers and sisters as Wayshowers. It takes no effort at all, it is the Choiceless Choice, to simply trust and rest in our holy creation, our holy presence as God Wills it to be. Namaste.
