Lesson 350
Miracles mirror God’s eternal Love.
To offer them is to remember Him, and through His memory to save the world.
“What we forgive becomes a part of us, as we perceive ourselves. The Son of God incorporates all things within himself as You created him. Your memory depends on his forgiveness. What he is, is unaffected by his thoughts. But what he looks upon is their direct result. Therefore, my Father, I would turn to You. Only Your memory will set me free. And only my forgiveness teaches me to let Your memory return to me, and give it to the world in thankfulness” (ACIM Lesson 350 1:1-8).
Throughout the last nine lessons we have highlighted the importance of our perception: our perception on judgment, fear, and anger, leading us to the importance of our forgiveness and the awareness of the miracles surrounding us. A miracle is seeing only Love, even in those moments most suspect to the opposite. Our eyes are the projector and we either see truth or illusions. And how we perceive what we see wisely lets us know where our heart lies.
“And as we gather miracles from Him, we will indeed be grateful. For as we remember Him, His Son will be restored to us in the reality of Love” (ACIM Lesson 350 2:1-2).
It is our Will to remember, thus naturally our Will is to forgive, so as to see the reality of Love. We are the only ones that can withhold miracles and we only do so by our thoughts. The miracle is seeing love instead of fear. The miracle is seeing the perfection in all. In doing so that is how we save ourselves and the world. Namaste.
