Lesson 360
Peace be to me, the holy Son of God.
Peace to my brother, who is one with me.
Let all the world be blessed with peace through us.
“Father, it is Your peace that I would give, receiving it of you. I am Your Son, forever just as You created me, for the Great Rays remain forever still and undisturbed within me. I would reach to them in silence and in certainty, for nowhere else can certainty be found. Peace be to me, and peace to all the world. In holiness were we created, and in holiness do we remain. Your Son is like to you in perfect sinlessness. And with this thought we gladly say “Amen.” (ACIM Lesson 360 1:1-7)
As we approach the final lessons, you may find yourself asking, “What is the next step?” Dear Ones, all there is to do now is bless; bless yourself, your fellow sisters and brothers, and the entire world, from the abundant well of love and peace that flows through you. You now know the way to certainty, to the Great Rays that abide within your eternal, sinless being. You can no longer “not know” or “un-remember.” The walk you have taken cannot be undone. There is no turning back. And to that, we do say, “Amen.”
There is nothing you need to fix about yourself or change. The shift has been made and the miracle achieved. In your blessings you know you are perfect just as you are. Should you walk forward and have a slight moment (or moments) of forgetfulness, that is okay, merely go where you know to go, towards the peace of silence. There you will be Home again. There will you find the abundant blessings of peace that you will share with yourself and the world.
Today, and all days, you will share your journey with the world. Use words if need be but remember that the Living Presence is powerful enough that words become secondary. Throughout each lesson, you have experienced “walking the talk,” and shall continue in this manner. This is how you truly bless the world, while also blessing yourself. Life is merely a stag
e and as you walk upon its landscape and props you bless the audience around you. It is the performance, and opportunity, of a lifetime.
When actress Grace Kelly married the Prince of Monaco in 1956, she found it rather tough to adjust to her new role as princess. She was in a country unlike her own and now had a royal script upon which to read. Not unlike our own journey, she had to find the way to her own strength and truth. She had many rooting for her, as she did against her. In order to thrive in her new surroundings, she decided to look at her new position as the “role of a lifetime.” She realized she had an opportunity to make a real change in the world, as she occupied this new stage. She shifted her perception and began to use her new stage as a means of making a lasting difference in the world. And she did, with her philanthropic work and other public displays where she continued to captivate audiences with her Presence.
Dear Ones, you are no different. You, too, have donned a new role, that of Savior, and the stage is set and ready for you to bless the world around you. You are the miracle you have been waiting for. You are the peace (piece) of grace upon which the world has found its eternal well. It is the opportunity of a lifetimes(s). Thus, let your Great Rays shine forth, calling others Home with you, as you walk forward with peace flowing through you in every step. Namaste.
